POWDER MOUNTAIN BUILD ALLIANCE (PMBA) is a full service firm offering over 50 years of combined experience in the fields of development, design, architecture, construction and owner’s representation. Our team lives and works here in Eden at the base of Powder Mountain, Park City and Salt Lake City. We are able to draw on a wealth of design and building knowledge in the region and are on the site of the development every day. Due to our integrated role in Summit Powder Mountain (SPM) we can guarantee thoughtful creative oversight and ease in the process of creating your home.
Jeff Werbelow and Sam Arthur lead a team of design and construction professionals through the creation of the concept to the successful completion of your home. We are now working with 20 Founding Members on their future homes, many of which are going up this year.
The value proposition is compelling: using preferred architects and our in-house design and build team, PMBA is building homes turn-key at a significantly lower price than by assembling the individual pieces. Moreover, with PMBA you can be as hands on or hands off as you'd like.

CONSTRUCTION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
If you have a design team already established, we would be proud to build your home and oversee the project through the entire process. We will maintain your project schedule, budget and implementation of the vision through all the steps. We coordinate and direct all of the design professionals and work through submittals with Weber County.
We offer this service for 10% of Hard Construction Costs.
Typical arrangements with design teams and builders will result in total fees between 25 - 35%, with A&E fees of 10-20% and GC fees of 10 - 15% not including Owner’s Representation. Our goal is to provide a seamless and economically sound option for you in the creation of your new home at Summit Powder Mountain.
